Black Diamond Custom Pools LLC

I contacted them on a whim shortly after we bought our house. We weren’t completely moved in and bunch of projects going on. We met with Monte and Lana in May and we were able to enjoy the pool for the hottest months when we were completely moved in. They communicated well and were easy to work with even when we weren’t in the state for the entire project. We would get picture updates every step of the way. They even assisted where they could on some other hard scapes we had done so we didn’t have to hire other contractors. Their service was awesome, they were honest and honored everything they said they would do, the pool came out great, and would 100% recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about this company Black Diamond Custom Pools LLC From the first interaction to the completion of the project, everything went smoothly. The team was professional, friendly, punctual, and paid close attention to the details. They kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made sure the work was completed properly. I really appreciated how respectful and easy to work with everyone was. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with the final results. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping customers satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Black Diamond Pool. I typically hate dealing with contractors, but Black Diamond completely changed my mind about what the experience can be like. From the very beginning, they were affordable, transparent, and incredibly straightforward about pricing. There were no surprise costs or unexpected charges popping up throughout the build. What they quoted us was what we paid. They were also unbelievably responsive. Monte, the owner, and his wife, Lana, were both wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions and were incredibly quick to respond—even when I had one of those “random pool thoughts” late at night or over the weekend! I never felt like I was bothering them or that I was waiting around wondering what was happening. And they were FAST. I couldn't believe how efficiently everything moved along. I truly loved working with them from start to finish. I highly recommend giving Black Diamond Pool a call. We are absolutely thrilled with our pool and would choose them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Monte and Lana, for making what I expected to be a stressful process such an enjoyable one!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unmatched Craftsmanship for Backyard Pools & Equine Facilities! If you are looking to build a pool or specialized equine facility in the Azle/DFW area, I highly recommend Black Diamond Custom Pools LLC. This local, family-owned husband-and-wife team treats every single project as if they were building it in their own backyard. From day one, their communication was outstanding. They are incredibly easy to talk to, always available, and walk you through every step of the design and construction process. Their contractors are top-tier, and their pricing is highly competitive for the exceptional quality they deliver.

great customer service even after 3 years since install. Monte came over after big storm when I was in Italy and cleaned my pool and got pump running again. Best pool company around

We are so happy with our Black Diamond Pool! Monte and Lana were a pleasure to work with, they listened to all our needs and preferences and made it happen even better then imagined! Excellent communication, quality craftsmanship, and project completed in a timely manner! I would absolutely recommend them for your pool!

We are thrilled with our Black Diamond pool. Monte and Lana gave it excellent detail when it came to the design and got a home run ! I joined a few pool build FB groups and all the issues people post about, I am glad that I can say , “nope, not us.” We have a thing of beauty to look out at and it’s only been two months, and we have entertained a lot of family and friends. Even our dogs stay on the shallow Sun ledge and can cool off with us all summer. Often your builder will check out after a build is finished. I am grateful to say that is not our experience. Monte is always available to answer our questions and concerns and we appreciate the quick and personal response. We are very happy with our Black Diamond pool and you will be too.

So glad we chose Black Diamond for our pool build. We spoke with several builders and ultimately chose Black Diamond. We couldn't be happier with the decision. From start to finish, their communication was amazing. They did every single thing that was agreed to and more. They take pride in their business and treating their customers how they should be. You will not regret your decision when you choose Black Diamond. I have already told several people to use them and so far they have been impressed as well. Thank you Black Diamond for helping my wife and I get our dream pool. Cant wait to work with you guys in the future.

Used these guys to resurface my 20 year old pool and they did amazing. Most places just wanted to spray over the existing plaster. These guys cut out all the old plaster, cut out all the weak spots. Replastered the pool, replaced all the fittings with new ones. Looks absolutely fabulous. Did it all in less than a week. Absolutely top notch company. Thank you

We hired Monte to build our pool here in North Texas. He provided an honest estimate on the front end which he stuck to with no changes. Now we have a gorgeous pool and can’t wait to get back in it. Biggest plus is that Monte has been very helpful even after building. He helped with some drainage issues and even helped freeze protect with the weather turning cold. Great experience.

Black Diamond is simply the best. Great communication throughout the whole process and always available for questions. The quality is top of the line and we could not be happier with our pool. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone considering a new pool or remodel or anything pool related. The BEST around
